Scholarship for residents from Clay, Dickinson, Geary, McPherson, Ottawa, Saline, Shawnee and Wabaunsee counties in Kansas who are undergraduate students attending Emporia State University part- or full-time. Applicants must have financial need. Recipients must agree to present a written or oral presentation to Community Action's Board of Directors at the end of the Spring semester on how the scholarship was of benefit. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
