Annual award for an undergraduate student attending Mansfield University in Pennsylvania, majoring in Elementary or Special Education. Applicant must have completed 64 credits and have passed the "gates" requirements for acceptance as a certification candidate. Candidates must demonstrate the attitudes and skills of an innovative, risk-taking teacher and community leader. Renewable; one additional year.
