Scholarship for Texas residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at a Texas postsecondary institution. Students must be actively participating in 4-H youth development programs, have passed all sections of the TAAS, TASP, and/or TAKS tests, and have overcome insurmountable obstacles. Selection is based on academic achievement and 4-H experience. Deadlines and award amounts may vary. An essay and a personal statement must be included with application packet.
