Scholarship for residents of Cumberland, Maryland who are incoming freshmen or veterans enrolling full-time at Frostburg State University. Incoming freshmen must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and veterans must have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable. Contact the Office of Financial Aid for more information.
