Annual award for undergraduate junior or senior student attending Missouri State University full-time, majoring in Political Science. Preference given to students from Southwest Missouri who have a rural or small town background. Applicant must have completed 60 hours or more and have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and a 3.5 in political science. Consideration given for financial need. Due date and award amount varies.
