Scholarship for Cumberland County, North Carolina residents who are full-time undergraduate students attending Fayetteville State University, North Carolina A & T, or South Carolina State University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrated financial need, and strong character and beliefs. A personal essay must be included with application packet. Renewable.
