Annual award for female graduate students attending the University of Illinois-Springfield. Selection based on evidence of volunteer work in the community. Applicant must be in good standing, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, file the FAFSA, and write a personal narrative. Preference is given to a student over 30 years of age who has had their education interrupted or delayed. Nonrenewable.
