Scholarship for residents of Lincoln County and western Spokane County (west of Division Street, west of Highway 395/195) in Washington who plan to major in agriculture, business administration, or psychology or a field related to psychology. Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, and good personal character. Special consideration given for direct kinship with people previously employed by Dale D. Wilson. Nonrenewable; may reapply.
