Scholarship for incoming freshmen or undergraduate transfer students attending Emporia State University full-time, majoring in Communications. Applicant must participate on the ESU Debate Team. Selection based on GPA, perceived ability to succeed, debate and other criteria. Preference given to Communications majors. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies. Non-renewable.
