Scholarship for Illinois residents who are sophomores attending Western Illinois University majoring in Teacher Education. Applicants must U.S. citizens/eligible non-citizens and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to minority students. Due date and number of awards may vary. Forgiveness loan requires students to teach in Illinois for one year for every year of financial assistance. Renewable.
