Annual award for students currently enrolled in an American Dietetic Association (ADA) accredited/approved ditetic education program in the state of Michigan. Applicant must show evidence of scholastic achievement in college, and demonstrate leadership in college and community activities. Student should be enrolled in an ADA approved didactic program. Submit four (4) sets of completed application packet.
