Scholarship for visually impaired undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full- or part-time ate Penn State University. Applicants must have been enrolled as a resident instruction student at any Penn State location for a minimum of three semesters have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate perseverance and strenght of character. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
