Annual award for Connecticut resident or a student at a Connecticut institution enrolled in a graduate program in planning or a planning-related field. Selection is based on demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a group and/or the public, academic skills, financial need, and intention to pursue a career in planning or related field.
