Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas full-time, majoring in Law, Mass Communications, History, Political Science or Classical & Modern Languages and Literature. Applicants must have deep interest in international relations and illustrate some type of involvement or tangible contribution to this area of activity. Candidate must agree with the ideals of the United Nations and have financial need.
