Scholarship for physically impaired Frederick County, Maryland residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution. Selection is based on academic promise, community service, extracurricular activities, financial need, and character. Preference given to students with impaired mobility. Number of awards and award amount may vary. A personal statement must be included with application packet.
