Scholarship for residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and all U.S. territories except Puerto Rico. Students must be full-time graduate students pursuing a master's degree at select colleges in Transportation Engineering. Principal course work must be in traffic engineering, geometric design or transportation planning. Selection is based on academic record, program of study, student's personal essay and recommendations. Contact the Institute's website for a list of participating colleges.
