District III-Student Scholarship Awards (Residency)

Scholarship for California residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a four-year college or university majoring in Recreation Administration, Parks Administration, Therapeutic Recreation, Hospitality Management, Physical Education, or Environmental Studies in California. Students must reside or be attending a college in the California Foundation for Parks & Recreation District III (Alameda or Contra Costa County, California). Applicants must be pursuing a career in the Parks, Recreation, Community Services or related fields. Preference given to candidates who are or have been employed with an agency that provides park, recreation or community services (public, private or commercial). An essay must be included with application packet.
