Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Western Illinois University who are majoring in Agricuture, Elementary Education or Special Education. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, of good moral character, no criminal record and have a minimum 2.5 GPA (freshmen/sophomores) or 2.8 GPA (juniors/seniors). Preference given to descendants of Don/Donna Hainline or residents of McDonough County. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
