Scholarship for undergraduate junior, senior or graduate students attending California State University-Sacramento (CSUS), majoring in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. Applicants must have completed at least two semesters at CSUS and have a minimum 3.0 GPA, with a 3.5 in the major. Preference given to students with strong academic record who show an interest in public service, have experience studying or traveling outside the United States and have studied one or more foreign languages. Due date varies.
