Scholarship for South Carolina residents who are undergraduate or graduate students attending or planning to attend a college or university majoring in Medicine, Nursing, or Social Work in South Carolina. Students must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA, be U.S. citizens, and have a professional interest in the field of organ and tissue donation and transplantation. Selection is based on academic performance, financial need, letters of reference, letters of interest, volunteer/employment experience and academic and civil awards/honors. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Proof of citizenship, proof of residency and a copy of most recent income tax return must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
