Annual award for boys who have achieved the pinnacle of success as an Eagle Scout and are entering freshmen students at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas. Should the candidate receive a TCU sponsored merit-based award of greater value, the Eagle Scout award will be honorary. Due date and number of awards varies.
