Scholarship for graduate students attending Emporia State University full-time, majoring in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. Applicants must have a minimum 2.75 GPA for the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate study. Duties include serving as instructor for three sections of early childhood coursework; assist director of the Reading Lab; assist with reading courses and reading practicum; assist director of Advising Center in advising undergraduate students; and assist department chair in preparing instructional materials. Preference given to students with two years experience of teaching in a pre-K setting. Number of awards varies. Award amount may include full tuition waiver with financial stipend.
