Annual award for American Radio Relay League (ARRL)members who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin. Students must hold an FCC amateur radio license. Preference given to American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Central Division area residents (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin).
