Scholarship for female undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Texas. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be U.S. citizens, and completed a minimum of 30 semester credit hours. Number of awards may vary. An interview is required. A personal statement, proof of residency, and photograph must be included with application packet.
