Scholarship for Oregon residents who are military veterans pursuing full- or part-time undergraduate or graduate studies at an Oregon college or university. Students must have received a campaign or expeditionary medal or ribbon, must be a US citizen, and have been on active duty in the Armed Forces for a minimum of 90 days. Due date and number of awards varies.
