Scholarship for Norfolk, Virginia residents who are undergraduate or graduate students attending Old Dominion University majoring in Computer Engineering. Applicants must have a minimum 3.3 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Students must submit the FAFSA prior to February 15. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
