Annual award for Texas residents who are natives of the greater El Paso area who are undergraduate or graduate students attending an accredited college or school of Pharmacy in the U.S. Applicants must also be student members of the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Selection based on academic achievement, community involvement, leadership abilities, and career goals. Nonrenewable.
