Scholarship for Stark County, Ohio residents who are undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in the Health Information Management Technology Associate of Applied Science Degree Program. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate leadership skills, community service, and participation in extracurricular activities. Applicants must have a goal of completing the degree the year of award. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An essay must be included with application packet.
