Internships for full-time undergraduate and graduate students for research within U.S. military programs, projects, and activities worldwide and are pursuing a degree in Archaeology, Biology, Chemistry, Ecology, Engineering, Entomology, Environmental Sciences, Forestry, Historic Preservation, Information Sciences, Plant Pathology, Wildlife Biology, or Zoology. Research opportunities are available in the following areas: environmental programs involving cultural and natural resources, restoration, compliance, conservation, pollution prevention, validation, demonstration, technology transfer, quality assurance and quality control, training, and information management and reporting. U.S. citizenship is required. Internships are available at the U.S. Army Environmental Center (Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD) or participating field sites for three months to one year. Stipend amount is based on research area and academic level. Due date and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
