Scholarship for Minnesota residents who have completed two full years of college and are currently studying to obtain a degree in Elementary Education at a college or university in the state of Minnesota. Preference will be given to students who are from the Buffalo Lake area. Selection will be based on academic achievement (minimum 3.0 GPA); ability to succeed; community service and participation in extracurricular activities; student's essay; career and educational goals, as well as liklihood of applicant to meet those goals; reference letters and any unusual circumstances. Number of awards varies.
