Scholarship for incoming freshmen enrolling at Northern Illinois University who were not selected for the University Scholars Award or the Academic Finalist Award. Average qualifications of recipients: rank in top 5% of class or ACT score of 27 or higher. Selection is also based on extracurricular activities. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
