Scholarship for Oregon residents who are undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) or graduate students enrolled in an Oregon, Washington, California, or Idaho college pursuing studies in a Fashion related field. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, have a minimum 3.0 CGPA, file the FAFSA, and be part- to full-time students. Semifinalists must attend an interview. Award amount and number of awards vary. Recipients may reapply and compete annually. Contact the Commission for more information and/or application.
