Scholarship available to Kansas residents attending a Kansas state college, university or vocational/technical school who are survivors or dependents of a Vietnam Veteran who became a POW, MIA, or is deceased due to a service related disability. Request for certification letter for exemption of fees must include copies of applicant's birth certificate, veteran's separation papers, and report of casualty or death certificate.
