Annual award for a Northern Arizona resident who is an undergraduate junior or senior attending Northern Arizona University, pursuing any major offered by the College of Health Professions. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a U.S. citizen. Candidate must display evidence of commitment to the health care field through volunteer work, community involvement or similar contributions. Number of awards and award amount varies.
