Flight Training Scholarship for Women Rated in Aircraft Other than Helicopters

Annual award to a Licensed Woman Pilot holding a private airplane, balloon, or glider rating, to earn her add-on helicopter rating. Scholarship monies must be used for flight training only within the following year. Applications are evaluated for evidence of financial need and intent to work in the helicopter industry. Applicants must complete 2 copies each: typed application, financial statement, Federal Income Tax Return, all FAA Airman and Medical certificates and at least two recommendations. A $25 fee is required to be sent with application for processing and mailing.
