Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled part- or full-time at the University of Toledo College of Health Science and Human Service majoring in Health Care. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Consideration given to students involved in extracurricular activities and employment. A FAFSA must be submitted by April 1st. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
