Scholarship for graduate students attending California State University (CSU), Hayward full-time. Applicants may borrow up to $10,000/year (up to a total of $30,000 in a five-year period). Students who complete their doctoral studies and teach in the California State University system as full-time faculty members will have their loan forgiven at the rate of 20% for each year of teaching. Those that do not teach at CSU are required to repay the loan with interest. Number of awards and award amount varies.
