Scholarship for juniors or seniors attending Hofstra University who are majoring in Public Relations or Mass Media Studies with an emphasis in Public Relations. Selection based on academic achievement, financial need and ability to serve a six week internship at Newsday. Preference given to long time residents of the Nassau/Suffolk county area in New York. Students must file the FAFSA. Deadlines and award amounts may vary. Renewable.
