Annual award for Arizona resident who is an undergraduate student attending Arizona State University full-time, majoring in Physics or Mathematics. Applicant must have a history of community service; have a minimum 3.5 GPA (for entering freshmen) or 3.0 GPA (for continuing students); have financial need; and be willing to complete 40 hours of community service each academic year. Renewable; must reapply.
