Scholarship for residents within the Orange Mound District of Memphis, Tennessee who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Tennessee State University College of Education majoring in Education. Students must have a minimum "B" average, demonstrate financial need, leadership, and high moral character. An interview is required. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
