Scholarship for North Carolina residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a participating two-year public postsecondary institution in North Carolina. Students must demonstrate financial need and reside in a qualifying rural county that is economically distressed. A FAFSA must be submitted. Due date and number of awards may vary. Renewable.
