Scholarship for North Carolina residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a participating public postsecondary institution in North Carolina. Students must demonstrate financial need and reside in a qualifying rural county that is economically distressed. Priority given to students from families affected by the decline of the tobacco industry. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
