Annual award for legally blind/partially sighted Northeast residents who are graduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution in the Northeast. Students must be registered with their State Commission for the Blind, be U.S. citizens, and demonstrate academic achievement. An essay and proof of vision impairment must be included with application packet.
