Scholarship for West Virginia residents who are full-time undergraduates attending Salem-Teikyo University. Award is based on financial need and academic excellence. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, financial need, a minimum ACT score of 20, and good moral character. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
