Scholarship for Oregon residents enrolled in an Oregon college/university that are Elementary or Secondary Education majors in their senior or fifth year of college, OR graduate students in the fifth year for Elementary or Secondary certification. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, file the FAFSA, and be full-time students. Award amount and number of awards vary. Contact the college's financial aid office or the Commission for more information and/or application.
