Scholarship for new, incoming, minority freshmen enrolling at Valley City State University who will be majoring in Teacher Education. Preference will be given to Native American applicants. Recipients must sign a Declaration of Intent to seek entry into the teaching program. Contact the Division of Education, Psychology and Technology or the Financial Aid Office for more information.
