Annual award for a dietitician or dietetic intern continuing his/her professional education as a graduate student in Dietetics. Student must have a B.S. or B.A. degree in Foods, Nutrition and/or institution administration, or be a registered dietitian, eligible for registration or a current dietetic intern. Student must be a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Birmingham District Dietetic Association. Preference will be given to students enrolled in Alabama schools. Selection is based on academic achievement, potential in the field of dietetics and nutrition, leadership, financial need, letters of recommendation, and letter of application. Submit original application and three copies. Due date varies.
