Scholarship for Massachusetts residents who are undergraduate students attending a public college or university in Massachusetts pursuing studies in Information Science and Technology, or Engineering. Applicants must not have earned a prior bachelor's degree or its equivalent, and be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
