Scholarship for Taiwanese undergraduate students, who are physically challenged or whose parents are physically challenged, enrolled at a postsecondary institution in North America. Students must have exceptional academic achievement, participate in Taiwanese social-political movements or have significant contributions to the Taiwanese community in North America.
