Scholarship for residents of the Houston area, or Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, Waller, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Chambers, or Galveston Counties, Texas who are full-time undergraduate students attending the University of Houston. Applicants who are entering freshmen must have a minimum SAT of 1200, and rank in the top 10% of the graduating class; all applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
